  • An easy and free way to reduce the number of telemarketing calls you receive is registering with the federal government’s National Do Not Call Registry. To learn more about the registry or to register your phone number, visit www.donotcall.gov/ or call 1-888-382-1222 from the phone number you would like to register.
  • To reduce the number of unsolicited emails and traditional mailings you receive you can visit the Direct Marketing Association's (DMA) consumer website, https://www.dmachoice.org/register.php. Here you will be able to pay a processing fee of two dollars to reduce the number of unsolicited emails and traditional mailings you receive. You are even able to select the types of emails and mailings you would like to receive, if any.
