No-interest loans are available for home energy efficiency improvements through the Mass Save HEAT Loan Program.  As a participating lender we offer these no-interest loans on qualifying improvements including:

  • Heating Systems
  • Domestic Hot Water and Solar Water Heaters
  • Central Air Consitioning and Heat Pumps
  • ENERGY STAR Qualified Replacement Windows
  • Energy-Efficient Thermostats

HEAT Loans are available to customers of Cape Light Compact, Eversource, National Grid, Unitil Electric,and municipal customers served by Columbia Gas of Massachusetts or Liberty Utilities
