How Curbside Banking Works
STEP 1: CALL YOUR BRANCH AHEAD OF TIME
Call the branch location you would like to visit to go over the transaction or service you need assistance with. This will allow representatives to prepare what can be ready before you arrive, in turn shortening your wait time. View locations and hours.
STEP 2: DRIVE TO YOUR BRANCH
Park in any available spot in front of the branch location you called.
STEP 3: CALL THE BRANCH, LET US KNOW YOU’VE ARRIVED!
Call back the same branch location so we know you have arrived and provide your vehicle description. A Monson Savings Bank representative will be out shortly to assist you with your banking. Please kindly wear a mask.
