Monson Savings Bank Announces Michael Murray as the $50 Gift Card Winner to Arnold's Meats
Monson Savings Bank is announcing a new winner of their East Longmeadow branch weekly $50 gift card drawing. The drawing was started to celebrate the bank’s newly opened East Longmeadow branch and is slated to continue through February, with only a couple winners left.
This week’s lucky gift card winner is Michael Murray. Michael was happy when he learned that he won a $50 gift card to the revered local business, Arnold’s Meats.
Arnold’s Meats was opened in 1974 by Eddie Katz and Arnold Soodalter. Initially, Arnold’s Meats was a USDA federally inspected wholesale meat business with about twenty employees and four delivery trucks delivering door to door to local restaurants in a twenty mile radius of their West Springfield plant. After being a very successful wholesale supplier for a number of years, there became a huge demand by customers for Arnold’s to open up for retail sales as well. Today, there are two retail locations, 359 Shaker Road, East Longmeadow and 307 Grattan Street, Chicopee; ten large trucks; and one hundred and sixty employees. Monson Savings Bank’s newly opened East Longmeadow branch received a warm welcome from customers, residents and the business community when they opened the doors in 2020. As a token of appreciation, the bank decided to hold the gift card drawing for visitors to the East Longmeadow Branch, located at 61 North Main Street, featuring $50 gifts cards each week from East Longmeadow based local businesses. The drawing continues through February so don’t miss your opportunity to be entered.
To be fair, each person will only be able to win once. The drawing is open to all attendees, they are not required to be a customer to enter, no purchase is necessary, and they don’t have to be present at the time of the drawing to win.
