Monson Savings Bank representatives were thrilled to present the $2,250 donation to Shriners Children's New England.

Monson Savings Bank is devoted to helping those in need, especially when it comes to helping younger generations. In the spirit of supporting local youth, Monson Savings Bank President and CEO Dan Moriarty, along with other Monson Savings Bank representatives, recently presented a $2,250 donation to Shriners Children’s New England.

The donation was made as a part of the 2024 Monson Savings Bank Community Giving Initiative, where the public was given the opportunity to cast their votes to support their favorite local charitable organizations. Voting for the Monson Savings Bank 2025 Annual Community Giving Initiative will open in October, for updates and to learn more about the Annual Community Giving Initiative, please visit: www.monsonsavings.bank/connect/our-community/community-giving-initiative.html

“We are proud to make this donation to Shriners Children’s New England. This contribution will support patient care, medical research, and education that benefits local children,” said Dan Moriarty, President and CEO. “We are so fortunate to have this wonderful clinic right in the Springfield community that parents and guardians can turn to when their child needs specialty care.”

Shriners Children’s New England is a local clinic providing specialty orthopedic, neuromuscular, cleft lip and palate, and urologic care exclusively to children. To learn more about Shriners Children’s New England, please visit: www.shrinerschildrens.org/en/locations/new-england
