Season Sponsor Monson Savings Bank Congratulates Miracle League of Western MA on Successful Season

Monson Savings Bank is congratulating their friends at Miracle League of Western Massachusetts on a successful 2024 baseball season! The community bank was a full season sponsor of the Miracle League of Western MA’s 2024 season, donating $1,000 to the local organization.
“Congratulations to all the Miracle League players on all their hard work during the 2024 season! Your friends at Monson Savings Bank are always here rooting you on you on,” said Dan Moriarty, Monson Savings Bank President and CEO. “All of the volunteers, board members, and other supporters at the Miracle League of Western Massachusetts should be very proud of the work they did this year organizing your organization’s games and activities. As a lifelong athlete myself, I know how fulfilling it can be to be a part of a team and be involved in sports. Your organization ensures that local youth of all abilities can have this experience.”
In addition to their season sponsorship, the local bank recently donated an additional $1,000 to Miracle League of Western Massachusetts. This donation was made after Miracle League of Western Massachusetts placed in the top ten for the Monson Savings Bank 2024 Community Giving Initiative. Members of the community voted for their favorite charitable organizations and chose Miracle League of Western Massachusetts to be a recipient of the donation.

Monson Savings Bank’s support of the Miracle League didn’t stop there. The community bank was also a Title Sponsor for the 4th Annual Miracle League Charity Dubz disc golf tournament. Bringing their total donations to the Miracle League of Western Massachusetts to $3,000 in 2024.

The Miracle League of Western MA was formed in 2015 by Ernie and Tammy Fitzell. Miracle League of Western MA is a baseball league for children ages 4-19 with physical and/or cognitive disabilities.
