Monson Savings Bank Welcomes John G. Williams as East Longmeadow Assistant Branch Manager
Monson Savings Bank is pleased to announce the addition of John G. Williams to its team as Assistant Branch Manager of the East Longmeadow Branch. With over a decade of experience in the banking and financial services industry, Williams brings a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to customer service and community engagement.
In his new role, Williams will assist in the day-to-day oversight of the East Longmeadow Branch, supporting branch operations and contributing to its growth through the development of new deposit relationships. He will also play a key role in fostering community connections through volunteer efforts and outreach initiatives.

Prior to joining Monson Savings Bank, Williams served as a Personal Banker at Fifth Third Bank in Sarasota, Florida, where he assisted customers with a wide range of financial needs including new accounts, lending, and retirement planning. His career also includes roles at American Eagle Financial Credit Union, TD Bank, Santander Bank, and Capital One Bank, where he consistently demonstrated leadership, operational excellence, and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
Williams, a resident of East Longmeadow, is enthusiastic about his new role and the opportunity to make a positive impact in his community. Recently, Williams volunteered his time to help beautify the Town of East Longmeadow by picking up litter in Heritage Park. He also enjoyed an afternoon at the Pleasant View Senior Center as a “celebrity player” in the weekly chair volleyball game.
