Adriano C. dos Santos Promoted to Branch Manager, Retail Banking & Security Officer at Monson Savings Bank
Monson Savings Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Adriano C. dos Santos to the position of Retail Banking & Security Officer. In addition to his new responsibilities, dos Santos will continue to serve as Branch Manager of the Bank’s Hampden branch.
In his expanded role, dos Santos will oversee the safety and security of Monson Savings Bank customers, employees, and assets while he continues to manage the banking operations at the Hampden Branch. His dual responsibilities reflect his strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and unwavering commitment to the Bank’s mission.

With 17 years of experience in the banking industry, dos Santos brings a wealth of expertise to his new position. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Elms College and is a graduate of the New England School for Financial Studies through the Massachusetts Bankers Association. Prior to joining Monson Savings Bank, he served as a Branch Manager at Citizens Bank for five years.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, dos Santos is deeply involved in the community. He serves on the boards of the Wilbraham Soccer Club, Friends of Hampden Senior Citizens, and the Tri-Town Alzheimer’s Association. He is also a member of the Security & Loss Prevention Association of Western Massachusetts and the Bank’s Employee Recognition Committee.
