Monson Savings Bank Recognizes Employees for Years of Service

Monson Savings Bank places an exceptionally high significance on valuing each and every employee, understanding that they each contribute to and are a vital part of the continued success of the long standing Bank.

As 2021 comes to an end, Monson Savings Bank is recognizing their employees who have achieved years of service milestones. The employees receiving recognition during 2021 range from 5 to 20 years of service at the community Bank. Together, they share an impressive 85 years of loyal employment at Monson Savings Bank.

The following Monson Savings Bank employees are recognized for their special anniversaries this year:

5 Years of Service

Wil Morales, Monson Branch Manager, Retail Banking Officer, and Security Officer of Monson Savings Bank, provides his fellow employees and the Bank’s customers with superior service and support every day. He manages the Monson Branch location, facilitates training Bank employees, assists in overseeing Bank security measures, and is a community ambassador for the Bank. Morales listens and gets to know his customers, ensuring they have the right products and services to achieve their financial goals.

Meghan Martin, Digital Systems Administrator of the eBanking Division, is a dedicated and valuable member of the Monson Savings Bank team. Martin delivers excellent service as she works directly with Retail branch staff and Bank customers to provide high quality support and seamless access to the Bank’s innovative digital banking solutions, including, Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Mobile Check Deposit, Zelle, and more.

Daniel Heney, Commercial Credit Officer of Monson Savings Bank, plays an integral role on the Commercial Lending Team. He supports the Bank’s team in loan analysis, underwriting, structuring, and documentation. Heney works closely with Commercial Lending Officers to ensure that the Bank effectively and efficiently helps business owners to reach their financial and personal goals.

10 Years of Service

Terry Poloski, Assistant Vice President and Residential Lending Officer, is a committed member of the Bank’s Residential Lending Department. Over her ten year tenure with Monson Savings Bank, Poloski has helped countless people achieve the dream of homeownership or find the perfect home financing solution for their needs. She provides the highest quality service and support to the Bank’s customers, and is known for going above and beyond to ensure all customers’ home financing journeys are positive.

Kylie LaPlante, Assistant Vice President and Business Development Officer, is responsible for assisting current and future Monson Savings Bank business customers. LaPlante helps business customers explore convenient cash management services, as well as other business banking solutions, that help make managing their business banking easier. She is involved in the local communities that the Bank serves and is a respected ambassador of the Monson Savings Bank brand.

15 Years of Service

Dodie Carpentier, Vice President and Human Resources Officer, holds many responsibilities, including, but not limited to, talent acquisition and employee retention. She is committed to upholding the Bank’s positive culture and values, in addition to ensuring all employees remain happy, healthy, and feel valued. Carpentier is a highly trusted and respected member of the Monson Savings Bank team. She recently earned an esteemed Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification.

Lena Buteau, Vice President and Retail Branch Administration Officer, is a respected leader of the Retail Department and the Bank. In her role, she oversees the Bank’s branch managers, providing training sessions, motivating employees through continuous forms of engagement, and ensuring that the Retail team is always searching for ways to improve the customer banking experience. Additionally, Buteau is passionate about financial literacy and enjoys volunteering at local schools to provide students of all ages with financial literacy education.

20 Years of Service

Corinne Sawyer, Vice President Director of Business and Municipal Banking, is a respected Monson Savings Bank leader, colleague, and local community member. With 20 years of service at Monson Savings Bank, Sawyer oversees the Business Development Department as well as the Municipal Banking Department. She works closely with business customers to recommend the right deposit accounts, cash management, and eBanking services to help them run efficiently. Additionally, she personally works with municipalities to specially customize financial service and solution packages that best fit their exact needs.
