I am a mom (always first and foremost), a banker, a sister and a friend

 

What is your role at Monson Savings Bank and how do you help your customers?

I am the Assistant Branch Manager in the Wilbraham Office and IRA Administrator for Monson Savings Bank. I help our customers to meet their financial needs every day and make it my mission to provide them with the best service. Very rarely can you find someone that honestly loves what they do, and I am one of them! I could not ask for a better company to work for! I love my team, my job, and I am truly happy doing what I do on a daily basis!

 

What do you like most about your position?

I love helping our customers. There is always a solution to be found, we just need to look for it! It definitely gives me a sense of accomplishment when I am able to assist a customer, help them with their banking, and make their life easier!

 

How long have you been with Monson Savings Bank?

I have been with Monson Savings Bank for 8 years this year!

 

What are the top things you love about MSB?

I love the people at Monson Savings Bank and I appreciate how well we are treated as employees! I have always felt like a valued member of the team and that really makes a difference.

 

How do you feel connected to the local communities?

I love being involved in the community! I’m always searching for opportunities to participate at local events, ones such as the Walk of Champions or Mobile Pantry. I look forward to connecting to the Wilbraham community!

 

How do you feel at the end of the day after helping customers? 

After a day of helping customers who visit me or reach out to me for help, I feel accomplished, satisfied and happy that I was able to provide them with the great service they deserved.

 

What are your roots?

I was born in Warren and currently live in Palmer.

 

Tell us about your family or friends and what they mean to you. 

I am very close with my immediate family that consists of my son and my sister. I love my son and he will always be my greatest achievement!

 

What values are most important to you to uphold?

Integrity is one of the most important values a person can have.

 

What are your hobbies?

I like to read and to go shopping!

 

Favorite music?

I am a “Country Girl” at heart but enjoy almost all types of music!

 

Favorite meal?

Nothing better than a good cheeseburger!

 

Do you volunteer anywhere?

I absolutely cannot wait to get out in the community to give assistance in any way needed. The pandemic has paused things temporarily but I am ready to go once we are able!
