Monson Savings Bank is proud to welcome Brett R. Charron to its Residential Lending Team as a Mortgage Loan Originator. With seven years of experience in the mortgage and finance industry, Charron brings a strong background in loan processing, customer service, and community engagement to his new role.

In his position, Charron will focus on originating residential mortgages and helping individuals and families in local communities achieve their dream of homeownership. His previous experience includes roles as a loan officer and loan officer assistant at Guild Mortgage and Academy Mortgage, where he developed a deep understanding of the mortgage process from start to finish.

Charron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation and Business Management from Springfield College. He is actively involved in the community, volunteering with Springfield Partners for Community Action and Wilbraham Community Connections. He is also a member of the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley (RAPV).

“I am thrilled to begin my journey here at Monson Savings with our Residential Team,” said Charron. “I’ve always been passionate about assisting people in buying their homes, whether they’re first-time home buyers, upgrading, or downsizing. I am eager to start making a difference and supporting individuals at the local community level!”

Charron resides in Springfield, Massachusetts, and is excited to work with a strong team dedicated to making a positive impact in the region.
