Charity Scam:

You get a call or email asking for a donation to a charity you never heard of. Conduct outside research to look the charity up before you give out your card or account numbers. Learn more about charity scams

Imposter Scam:

You receive a call from a relative asking you to wire money or send gift cards to help them out of trouble, you are told not to tell anyone. This could be an imposter scam.
