Monson Savings Bank Sponsors Springfield Puerto Rican Parade
Monson Savings Bank is supporting the Springfield Puerto Rican Parade and honoring the rich history of Puerto Rican culture in Springfield with a $1,000 sponsorship of this year’s parade.
The 33rd Annual Springfield Puerto Rican Parade will be held Sunday, September 17th at 11 AM. The parade will start at Watson Avenue and Main Street, from there it will make its way into Downtown Springfield. After the parade, there will be music, dancing, and a celebration of culture at the staging area.
Monson Savings Bank President and CEO Dan Moriarty expressed his excitement for the upcoming celebration.
“We are thrilled to be a sponsor of this year’s Springfield Puerto Rican Parade,” said Moriarty. “This annual tradition is not only a fun celebration, but it also pays tribute to the rich history of Puerto Rican culture in Springfield. Monson Savings Bank is proud to support this tradition and the promotion of diversity in our communities.”
